Very tasty and cozy

The buffet is beautiful for breakfast, for dinner, the menu is simple, the dishes well presented and the service is correct,

This is the maybe 4th time I ate here at the end of a Germany trip. This is obviously a very good but also very pricey restaurant. My observation over the years is that the food isn't quite as great anymore and that the portion size has increased. My aged beef steak was ok but a tad on the overdone side (not quite medium anymore). It came with chanterelles (Pfifferlinge) which had very very little taste honestly. I suggest to experiment a bit on those in the future. The mushed potato with chanterelles was also a bit boring. Maybe the best actually was the bread prior to the meal - delicious sour dour.

I enjoyed dinner entree of Ravioli with fig and pecorino cheese at this restaurant with the Frankurt Airport Hilton. The gin and tonic cocktail was a "stiff"one" and came served in a wine goblet with berries and lime. I might not have chosen this restaurant because of it's expense, had I known that the Hilton Garden Inn just outside a big glass wall is a less expensive that the proper Hilton hotel behind a glass wall.

Great pork knuckles

Great German cuisine upscale restaurant located at the Hilton hotel. Good food and nice selection of wines and beers. Friendly staff.

Terrific modern German cuisine. Try traditional dishes and you will be one of the few foreigners to understand why German food is so good A must if you are in the airport. It's at the train station within the airport. Part of the Hilton.

Nice staff, good service and outstanding cuisine combined.

If this is the bakery, then I'm not that excited. In a sandwich, the bread is cut so thick that it already dusted in the mouth. But nice service (young girl)

When staying at the hilton, the Rise restaurant is a great choice. They have a nice variety of foods and have great service. The breakfast there is very delicious as well. They do a great job bringing german cuisine into a restaurant.
